BERNARD AKYEAMPONG
Bernard is Associate Director at Blue Crystal Consult, specialising in strategy, organisational optimisation, compliance, and IT transformation for clients in the UK, Europe, and Africa. He has designed information systems, managed financial reporting, and improved business processes for not-for-profits, government agencies, and the UN. Bernard notably led a team to optimise UN project reporting, cutting processing time by 20% and enhancing data accuracy. Previously, he coordinated technical cooperation and programme management for 52 OPCW member states, overseeing budgets and partnerships. His international project management and cross-cultural leadership are supported by an MA in International Studies and multiple IT certifications.
